Set up your SEOTHON account

Choose your plan, set up your account and complete the subscription through our payment provider Stripe. Once payment goes through you are taken straight to the dashboard.

Businesses only. SEOTHON contracts exclusively with businesses and professionals acting in the course of their trade or profession, and with public-sector bodies. We do not contract with private individuals. Because of that there is no right of withdrawal: the statutory 14 day withdrawal right under German law applies to consumers only and does not apply here. Notice periods and how to end the subscription are set out in the terms and conditions.

Prices and VAT. All prices are in euros and are the final amount payable. SEOTHON is a small business under German VAT law (Kleinunternehmer): under section 19(1) of the German VAT Act no VAT is charged. For business customers established in another EU member state the place of supply is their own country; we invoice without VAT and you account for VAT there under the reverse charge procedure at your local rate. That requires a valid VAT identification number, which we verify before the first invoice. On yearly billing: Starter €790, Growth €3,190, Scale €7,990 per year.

How the contract is formed. Choose your plan and billing period, enter your account details, confirm the terms and click „Continue to payment“. You are taken to Stripe, where you see the plan and the amount once more and complete the subscription with the payment button there. Until that point you can correct every entry using your browser’s back button, or cancel at Stripe, and nothing is charged. The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed; you then receive a confirmation email with all the contract details.

Contract language and applicable law. The language of the contract is German. This English page is a convenience translation; where it differs from the German terms and conditions, the German wording prevails.
